What we do with feedback
- Bug reports are triaged within a few business days.
- Feature requests are reviewed monthly and added to the roadmap if there is clear demand.
- We do not respond individually to every message, but we read everything.
What we do not do
- We do not offer free subtitle editing services.
- We do not accept subtitle files over email or forms.
- We do not sell data or user lists.
