How it works
Paste or load subtitle content. The tool parses cues (or falls back to plain text) and counts:
- Total cue blocks.
- Total dialogue lines across all cues.
- Average lines per cue.
- The single cue with the most lines.
Why it matters
Most style guides recommend a maximum of two lines per cue. Cues with three or more lines are a reading-comprehension risk on small screens. This tool helps you catch them.
