Subtitle Merger
Combine two SRT subtitle files into one chronological file. Useful for merging split subtitle tracks, combining bilingual subtitle files and rebuilding a full file from parts.
Local processing only. Both files are merged on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
File A (first)
File B (second)
Merged output
How it works
- Load or paste the first SRT file (File A).
- Load or paste the second SRT file (File B).
- Click Merge files. Both files are parsed and all cues are combined into one list sorted by start time.
- Cues are renumbered 1..N in the merged file. Download or copy the result.
When to use it
- Two subtitle files cover the first and second half of a long video.
- You have a main dialogue track and a forced-narrative track that need to coexist.
- Bilingual subtitle files where each language lives in a separate file with identical timings.
Limitations
- Cues with overlapping timings are kept but not interleaved — they appear in the order of their start times.
- Both inputs must be SRT. Convert VTT to SRT first if needed.
- Cue numbers from the source files are discarded and regenerated.
